The doctor collects the anamnesis; makes a general assessment of the patient's state of health, conducts a complete examination of the musculoskeletal system and assesses the functional state of the nervous system. He checks the patient’s:
- reflexes;
- tone of the muscular system;
- sensitivities;
- coordination of movements;
- vegetative and higher cortical functions and assesses them;
After the consultation, you receive:
- preliminary or final diagnosis;
treatment scheme.
